Heather Ellison
I’ve always known I was an organized person; I loved to organize, balance finances, and make lists long before it was a work task. For me, it was simply a way of thinking, of making some sense of a somewhat hectic world. Later, it seemed to help in each job I had, coupling those organizational and detailed thinking skills with the ability to help others accomplish their goals. Through each job along my journey, I’ve gained knowledge and enhanced my ability to sort order. THIS has led me to the creation of SEVA.
My name is Heather Ellison. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Masters in Management with an emphasis on Human Resources. For the last 20 years I have been involved in a variety of management/leadership positions, utilizing my HR skills such as policy research and development, payroll, and building company handbooks to the more complex financial tasks including day-to-day bookkeeping, budget projection and planning, and preparing financials reports to name a few. My goal in creating SEVA is to work with individuals and small businesses, managing their day-to-day operations allowing them to focus on what they do best, running their business.

With over two decades of seasoned experience in client service, project management, and leadership, Amanda brings a wealth of expertise to the team. She ensures financial precision with her meticulous attention to detail. But more than just numbers and spreadsheets, Amanda has an inherent enthusiasm for organization and a talent for bringing clarity to even the most chaotic financial environments.
As Amanda journeyed through various roles, from entry-level to leadership positions, she blended her natural organizational know-how with a genuine desire to help others succeed. With each job came new challenges and opportunities to refine her skills, gaining invaluable knowledge and experience along the way.
Now, as a valued member of SEVA, Amanda brings a unique blend of skill and passion to the table. Whether it's balancing the books, streamlining processes, or providing invaluable support to clients and colleagues alike, Amanda approaches every task with dedication, precision, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
